BEST HOLIDAY GIFT FOR HER + STUFFED SHELL RECIPE

I'm planning on gifting this to quite a few people, including myself. That's how in love I am with this subscription. I love having different candles to burn throughout the year (especially in the kitchen while I cook) and this months November box gave me all the cozy feels. "Grandma's Pumpkin Pie" with Half Popped Popcorn (not picture because I ate it in 2 seconds, oops.) 

 

 

Now on to our recipe!

SPINACH STUFFED SHELLS:

 

 

Ingredients:

 

1 box jumbo shells

1 bag of mozzarella (2 cups)

1 container of ricotta (about 16 oz.)

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1 container of your choice of red sauce

1- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach

 

Directions:

 

-Cook shells as instructed on box.

-Mix Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese in medium mixing bowl.

-Chop Spinach and add to cheese mixture

-Stir and add to shells, fill as desired

-Place stuffed shells into cooking container

-Cover shells with red sauce

-Cook on 375 for 20-30 min.

-Shells are ready when cheese is melted, sauce will slightly bubble.
